| Abstract: | According to the literatures about the pathogenesis and pathogenic factor of chronic real failure, the diagnosis and treatment of chronic real failure was discussed It is thought that yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, turbid pathogen and blood stasis clogging the triple were the basic pathogenic factors of chronic real failure So warming and recuperating the spleen and kidney, activating blood circulation and dissipating turbid pathogen were the original principles of chronic real failure |
