自身免疫性荨麻疹研究进展

自身免疫性荨麻疹(AIU)是慢性特发性荨麻疹的一种特殊类型。AIU是近年来才被认识和关注的一种疾病,患者症状往往较重,并且具有遗传背景。其发生与自身免疫诱发组胺释放的自身抗体有着密切关系,其发病机制可能与机体产生针对高亲和力IgE受体或IgE本身的自身抗体有关。自身血清皮肤试验是目前筛选AIU的主要方法,但临床符合率不高。相关免疫学研究可能对本病的最终诊断有所帮助。

Advancement in Autoimmune Urticaria

Autoimmue urticaria(AIU)is a kind of idiopathic diseases belong to chronic urticaria,It was well recognized recently because of its severity and genetic background.The pathogenisis of AIU are implicated with autoimmue antibodies to IgE and the releasing of histamine,and the autoimmue antibodies to IgE receptor are also blamed.The diagnosis is based principally on the patient's history.Autologous serum skin test possibly should be performed as a screening test for idiopathic AIU,but had little coincidence.Further immunological study should be useful for AIU's correct diagnosis.
