| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同内固定方法在股骨颈骨折中的疗效.方法将4种不同内固定方法的治疗结果进行比较.结果固定方法的不同对骨折愈合率有明显差异,但对股骨头坏死率影响不大,股骨头坏死率高低取决于创伤时股骨头血运破坏的程度.结论空心钉操作简单,固定可靠,骨折的愈合率高,应做为股骨颈骨折手术的首选内固定材料.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the operative effects of different internal fixations on fem oral neck fractures.Methods The operative effects of 4types of in ternal fixation were compared.Results Different internal fixations had di fferent healing rates of the fractur e with remark difference,but had no major influence on the necrosis rate of fem oral head.The frequency of the necro sis rate of the head depended on the distroied degree of blood supply to t he head during primary injury.Conclusions With a pression screw nail to perform internal fixation of the f racture is easy and simple.The fixation is firm.It should be the firt choice for the treatment of the fracture.[ |
