120例住院麻风患者心理状况的研究

目的了解我院留院麻风治愈者的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL—90症状自评量表对我院120例住院麻风患者进行研究,并将调查结果与全国常模进行比较分析。结果发现住院麻风患者其躯体化因子分明显高于全国常模,有高度显著差异(P<0.001);总分、阳性痛苦水平、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执因子分均明显低于常模,有高度显著差异(P<0.001);精神病性因子分也低于常模,有统计学差异P<0.05);阳性项目数、抑郁虽低于常模,但统计学处理无差异P>0.05)。结论住院麻风治愈者心理异常以躯体症状为主,其它心理异常较常人为少,这表明麻风病院作为重症残疾麻风患者心理康复基地作用效果明显,有其重要独特地位。应注意加强对麻风患者残疾与老年疾病防治,以减轻麻风患者躯体不适,提高其整体健康水平。

A Study on the mental condition of 120 cured patients in leprosarium

ObjectiveTo evaluate condition of the mental health of the cured patients in leprosarium.Method120 cured leprosy patients were tested by Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)and compared with those of norm.ResultsThe factor scores of somatization is marked higher than that of the norm(P<0.001);The total scores,positive pain level and the factor scores including obsessive-com-pulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia are marked lower than those of the norm(P<0.001);Psychoticism is also lower than of nore(P<0.005).There are no statistical differences in the positive items and depression compared with those of norm(P>0.005).ConclousionThe mental status of cured leprosy patients is characterized with somatization.It is illustrates that leprosarium have important role in mental rehabilitation of leprosy patients.We suggested that leprosy disability and elder disease control be strengthened to improve the overall health level of leprosy patients.
