二氧化氯泡腾速溶片消毒饮水效果的试验观察

摘    要:为了解二氧化氯泡腾速溶片消毒饮水的效果,采用活菌计数法检测水中细菌总数,用比色法检测水中杂质含量,以双盲法了解饮用者的感觉。结果,使水中含二氧化氯1mg/L,作用30min,水中细菌总数为0cfu/L,大肠菌群为0个/L 铁、锰、氯化物含量分别为0.0、0.0、62.0mg/L,水的色度为10度,均低于我国饮用水标准。饮用该水者与饮用未经该片消毒水者的感觉无明显差别。结果说明,该二氧化氯片消毒饮水,不但杀菌效果好,而且有脱色及除去铁、锰等杂质的作用。

Abstract:In order to know the efficacy of chlorine dioxide effervescent quickly-dissolving tablet in disinfection of drinking water, viable bacterial counting method was used to examine total bacterial count of water, colorimetric method was used to examine the impurity content of water and double blind method was used to know the feeling of the drinker. The results showed that after presence of chlorine dioxide 1 mg/ L in water for 30 min, the total bacterialcount of the water was 0 cfu / L, count of coli-group bacteria was 0 / L, iron, manganese and chloride contents were 0.0, 0.0 and 62.0 mg / L respectively and color degree of water was 10. All these were lower than drinking water standard of our country. The feeling of the persons drinking this water and those drinking the water not disinfected with this tablet had no significant difference. The results indicate that disinfection of drinking water with this chlorine dioxide tablet not only produces good germicidal effect, but also results in decoloration and removal of impurities such as iron and manganese.
