| Abstract: | The preparation and properties are reported of several Nx-Bpoc -amino acid pentafluorophenyl esters, including those bearing tert-butyl-, allyl- and trityl-based protecting groups. These derivatives have been used in the solid-phase peptide synthesis of sevral short peptides. |
