羟基喜树碱冻干粉剂(喜素)联合化疗胃肠道肿瘤的临床研究

目的　观察含羟基喜树碱冻干粉剂 (喜素 )方案与含羟基喜树碱水剂方案治疗胃肠道肿瘤的疗效及不良反应。方法　以含喜素方案 (喜素 顺铂 甲酰四氢叶酸钙 5 氟脲嘧啶 )作为治疗胃肠道肿瘤的化疗方案与同期含羟基喜树碱水剂方案 (羟基喜树碱 顺铂 甲酰四氢叶酸钙 5 氟脲嘧啶 )比较 ,每 3周为 1个周期 ,至少完成 2个周期 ,观察各组治疗方案治疗效果及不良反应。结果　各组的治疗效果无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。含羟基喜树碱水剂方案组血液系统不良反应大 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　喜素可作为羟基喜树碱水剂的替代剂型用于胃肠道肿瘤的联合化疗中。

A Clinical Study of Hydroxycamptothecin for Injection (XISU) Combined with Chemotherapy in Inpatients with Gastrointestinal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxic-side reactions of Hydroxycamptothecin for injection (XISU) regimen and Hydroxycamptothecin injection regimen in outpatients with gastrointestinal carcinoma.Methods The patents with gastrointestinal carcinoma were divided into two groups.XISU group(XISU DDP CF 5-Fu) versus the Hydroxycamptothecin injection group (HCPT DDP CF 5-Fu).The regimen repeated after every 3weeks at least 2 cycles.Result The effective rate of the both groups had not any significant difference(P>0.05). Myelosuppression of the HCPT group were more serious than the XISU group, and they had a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions In combination with chemotherapy Hydroxycamptothecin for injection (XISU) could replace Hydroxycamptothecin injection in the treatment of gastrointestinal carcinoma.
