胃癌CD44表达及其临床意义的研究

采用免疫组化 (S P法 )检测了 40例胃癌组织中CD44的表达情况。结果发现胃癌组织中CD44阳性表达率为 70 % (2 8/ 40 ) ,侵及浆膜层及浆膜外阳性率为 76 5 % (2 6 / 34) ,明显高于未侵及浆膜层者 33 3% (P <0 0 5 ) ,伴淋巴结转移的阳性率为 78 6 % (2 2 / 2 8) ,显著高于无淋巴结转移者 33 3 % (P <0 0 1)。结论提示CD44表达与胃癌的浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关 ,对评估胃癌浸润程度和淋巴结转移有一定价值。

The Expression of CD44 in the Gastric Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

The expression of CD44 was detected in 40 cases of gastric cancer with S-P immunohistochemical technique. The result showed that the positive rate of CD44 was 70%, and that the positive rate of invading chorion was 76.5%, apparently higher than that of non-invading chorion CD44 was detected in 78.6% of gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis, while only in 33.3% of gastric cancer without metastasis , with significant difference between the former and the latter cases. The conclusion suggests that the expression of CD44 is correlated with the depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis, to which the detection of CD44 is valuable.
