24小时动态血压监测波依定的降压效果

为观察波依定的降压疗效，选用波依定5mg／d口服4周治疗轻、中度高血压患者58例，并用动态血压监测用药前后24小时血压变化情况。结果：①原发性高血压患者的血压呈白天高、夜间低的变化规律；②波依定的降压疗效确切，无明显副作用，对昼夜血压均有平稳的降压作用；③动态血压监测具有重复性好，病人易接受，观察疗效安全、准确、科学等优点。表明波依定是一种值得推广应用的钙离子拮抗剂类的抗高血压药物。

The Antihypertensive Effect of Plendil Under a 24 Hour Dynamic Blood Pressure Monitoring (DPBM)

To explore the antihypertensive effect of Plendil, a sample group of 58 patients was treated with Plendil 5mg/d,p. o and the blood pressure observed for four weeks and compared with the blood pressure of untreated pa tients. The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment within 24 hours were also observed by a 24 hour con tinuing blood pressure monitoring. Result: ①The patients with essential hypertension presented a higher blood pressure in the day and a lower pressure at night; ②Plendil has an affirmative effect on hypertension during both systolic and dtastolic periods. The effects is found to be long and stable without notable side effects,and ③DBPM proves to be ad vantugeous owing to its satisfactory repeatability, good acceptance by patients, and safety, accuracy and rationality in observing therapentic effects. The results showed that Plendil, one of CCB, is a good choice for patients with essen tial hypertension.
