| 摘 要： | 为观察大鼠烫伤状态下血浆神经肽Y的含量变化 ,复制大鼠轻、中度和重度烫伤模型 ,分别测定其血浆中NPY的含量。结果 :大鼠烫伤后血浆NPY的含量较正常时明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,各组间差异非常显著 ,其升高的程度同烫伤的严重程度有密切关系。结果表明NPY在烫伤的病理生理改变中可能起重要作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the alteration of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) concentration in burned rats,with a model of burned rats duplicated , the concentration of plasma NPY was measured respectively in normal rat , mild burned rat , moderate burned rat and serious burned rat by radioimmunoassay. The plasma NPY level in burned rats was increased significantly as compared with those in the normal. The increased plasma NPY levels were closely correlated with the severity of the burns,which indicates that NPY may be an important factor in the pathophysiological changes. |
