影响自体干细胞移植后造血功能重建相关因素分析

笔者就 31例化疗敏感的实体瘤行造血干细胞移植后 ,对影响造血功能重建的相关因素进行分析。结果 :自体外周血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)比自体骨髓移植 (ABMT)造血功能重建快 ,并发症轻。 ABMT加用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G- CSF)可加快造血功能重建 ;APBSCT加用 G- CSF并不能缩短骨髓衰竭时间。回输干细胞数量、采集干细胞前化疗时间及年龄对造血功能重建的影响有显著性差异 ;而预处理方案中是否包括放疗、性别及病种对造血功能重建的影响差异无显著性。

Analysis of Associated Factors Affecting Hematopoietic Recovery After Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Thirty one solid tumor patients were treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation following intensive chemotherapy. The results demonstrated that there were a rapid hematopoietic recovery and mild complication with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT) in comparison with autologous bone marrow transplantation(ABMT) . The hematopoietic recovery with granulocyte colony stimulating factor( G CSF) was more rapid in ABMT but the time of bone marrow failure was not shortened with G CSF in APBSCT. Hematapoietic recovery was affected significantly by the number of back transfused stem cell , and the time of chemotherapy before collecting stem cells and ages, but not by the conditioning with the consideration of radiotherapy , sex and types of diseases.
