| 摘 要： | 为探讨四肢大血管损伤的显微外科修复方法．对1972～1998年间213例四肢大出血管损伤病例进行回顾性研究，分析影响其成活及预后因素。结果：急诊修复213例，成活201例，截肢11例，死亡1例。表明早期手术修复，治疗合并伤，预防骨筋膜室综合征，关注肾功能是四肢大血管损伤后四肢成活及功能恢复的关键。

| Abstract: | To study microsurgical technique of reconstruction of large vessels injured, 213 cases of injured large ves sels from 1972 to 1998 were reviewed, and factors affecting survival and prognosis were analyzed. AlI the cases un derwent emergency repair,of which 201 cases sruvived, 11 were amputated, and 1 case died, The key to survival and reconstructed function is timely surgical reconstruction, treatment of complicated injury and prevention of osteo fascial compartments syndrome and renal function. |
