心源性猝死的病因、诱因及预防——附178例法医病理学解剖分析

目的:探讨心源性猝死(SCD)不同年龄、性别的病因、诱因特点及相关预防措施。方法:对2000～2005年在四川华西法医学鉴定中心进行尸体解剖的178例SCD案例资料进行回顾性分析。研究SCD与年龄、性别、诱因、潜伏病变的关系,并提出预防措施。结果:本组资料显示,精神性因素、过度劳累、轻微外伤在各类诱因中所占比例较高,不同年龄组潜伏病变有差别。负性生活事件可看作SCD一个潜在的诱因,在不同性别与年龄组中起着不同的作用。结论:心源性猝死多数有诱因或伴发于负性生活事件,减少此类事件的发生对预防心源性猝死有一定帮助。

Etiology,Predisposing Factors and Prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death Analysis on the 178 Forensic Autopsies

Objective:To approach the etiopathogeneses and predisposing factors of sudden cardiac death(SCD)and to discuss the preventive measures.Methods:One hundred and seventy-eight forensic autopsies of SCD carried out in our department from 2000 to 2005 were analyzed with retrospective study.Data of the deaths including the age,sex,inducing factors,etiopathogeneses and circunstances has been analyzed.Results:The morale changes,overworked states and trifling trauma were predominant inducing factors that played important roles in the attack process of SCD.The difference of etiopathogeneses between different age-groups had been waried.Negative life events seemed to be a potential predisposing factor of SCD,and played the different roles in different age group.Conclusion:The most of SCD occur with predisposing causes or under the circunstances of negative life events.The etiopathogeneses and predisposing factors are related with age.Preventive measures including avoidance of the predisposing causes and negative life events could help to decrease the morbidity of SCD.
