深圳地区发廊从业人员性传播疾病/艾滋病健康教育及行为干预研究

目的 了解深圳市发廊从业人员性传播疾病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)知识水平现状,评估健康教育及行为干预的效果,改变其不良行为方式,引导正确的求医行为。方法 抽样选择深圳市53家发廊,并对其中的从业人员382人进行基线调查和干预评估,所得资料进行统计分析。结果 调查表明,发廊从业人员属于文化层次较低的一个群体,缺乏对STD/AIDS知识的了解,在性病种类的认识上存在着较大的误区。绝大多数都了解STD/AIDS的传播途径,但对日常生活是否传播艾滋病认识较为模糊,且获取STD/AIDS知识的途径较为单一,她们有较高的安全套使用率和较正确的求医行为。结论 对特殊人群进行健康教育和行为干预能够产生很好的社会效果。

The Study of Health Education and Behavioral Intervention Related to STD/AIDS among Barbershop Attendants in Shenzhen

Objective To know the basic knowledge about STD/AIDS among barbershop attendants in Shenzhen and evaluate the effect of health education and behavioral intervention and guide them to seek medical care in a correct approach. Methods 382 attendants in 53 barbershops in Shenzhen were surveyed using the copies of a questionnaire, which were collected and analyzed. Results The survey showed that attendants in barbershops had little knowledge about STD/AIDS.They misunderstood the category of STD/ AIDS. Most of them knew the route of transmission of STD/AIDS, but were not certain if AIDS was transmitted in daily activities.They had single way to, get the knowledge of STD/AIDS and higher rate of condom use and right behavior to seek medical care. Conclusion Health education and behavioral intervention related to STD/All AS in special population groups produce good social effect.
