| 摘 要： | 利用肿瘤细胞具有分泌刺激内皮生长的因子，将人肺腺癌Ａ５４９细胞培养液与新鲜培养液１：１混合制备内皮细胞克隆培养液，采用有限稀释法对原代小牛动脉内皮细胞克隆培养，使长期培养内皮细胞纯度达到１００％，而细胞的增殖能力及分泌ＮＯ的能力无明显改变。

| Abstract: | Because many tumor cells secrete potent stimulants of endothelial cell growth,we successfullycloned bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells by limiting dilution in a mixture of normal culture mediumand human lung A_(549) cell line postculture medium(1:1).The purity of cloned endothelial cells were 100%after long culture,while the ability of endothelial cells secreting nitric oxide and endothelial cells proliferationdidn't alter significantly. |
