| 摘 要： | 高山红景天多糖50,100,200mg/kg,一次或多次腹腔注射、能降低正常小鼠血糖、肝糖原和血总脂。此外对四氧嘧啶、肾上腺素和葡萄糖所引起的小鼠高血糖均有抑制作用,能抑制葡萄糖引起的肝糖原增加和增强四氧嘧啶和肾上腺素引起的肝糖原分解,并使高血糖小鼠血总脂含量降低。

| Abstract: | Rhodiola sachalinensis polysaccharides (RSP) isolated from the root of Rhodiola sachalinensis was demonstrated to decrease the levels of blood sugar, liver glycogen and total blood lipid when injected peritoneally to mice at 50,100 and 200mg/kg once or for 7 successive days. In addition, RSP was found to decrease blood sugar and total blood lipid in various experimental hyperglycemias induced by injection of adrenaline, glucose and alloxan in mice. RSP exhibit inhibiting effect on the glycogen enhancement induced by glucose as well as strengthening effect on the glycogen decomposition induced by adrenaline and alloxan. |
