黄芪蜜炙方法的历史沿革及效用的探讨

摘    要:实验结果证明蜜炙的补气作用高于生品,黄芪蜜炙前后皂甙成分的变化,阐明了蜜炙效用的增强,很可能是由于皂甙成分的脱乙酰化和糖甙的水解所致。

Abstract:From the analytical data of variation of astragalosides obtained in the course of processing with honey, it has been clarified that the enhancement of pharmacological effect of processed products may result from the deacetylation and the breaking of glycosidic linkage of astragalo- sides in Huangqi.
