| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床护理路径对手部肌腱损伤术后患者康复的效果及影响.方法:我们将2007年1月～2008年1月期间住院的手部肌腱损伤患者随机分为对照组和实验组,其中102例为对照组进行传统性的健康宣教,105例为实验组.应用临床护理路径进行有计划、有针对性地科学教育.结果:两组在"是否掌握疾病相关知识和技能、认知态度和行为改变"两个方面,实验组和对照组之间在统计学上有极显著性差异(P<0.01),而在"对护士满意度"方面,实验组和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:应用临床护理路径进行健康教育比传统的健康教育效果好.
