蕨麻麦冬提取物对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响

目的观察蕨麻麦冬提取物降低血糖的效果。方法将糖尿病模型动物按照血糖水平随机分为4组,每组10只,剂量分别为0.05、0.10、0.30 g/kg组,即低、中、高三个实验组和一个模型对照组（蒸馏水）。经口连续给予受试物30 d后取尾血测定空腹血糖值和给葡萄糖后0、0.5、2 h的血糖值,观察给葡萄糖后各时间点血糖曲线下面积的变化。结果0.30 g/kg剂量组能降低高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖值,与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论蕨麻麦冬提取物对高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖有抑制作用。

Effects of Radix Potentilla anserine and Ophiopogon japonicus Extract on Experimental Diabetes in Mice

Objective To observe the effects of Radix Potentilla anserine and Ophiopogon japonicus extract on blood glucose. Methods Diabetic mice were randomly assigned into four groups of 10 mice.The mice in low dose group,medium dose group,and high dose group were administered intragastrically with extract 0.05 g/kg,0.10 g/kg,and 0.30 g/kg respectively, and the 10 mice in diabetes mellitus group were administered with distilled water once daily on 30 successive days.The levels of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose at 0,0.5 and 2 hours after glucose administration were determined.The alteration of area under the curve of blood glucose was observed after glucose administration.Result Fasting blood glucose in the mice of high dose group decreased significantly as compared with that of diabetic mellitus group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radix Potentilla anserine and Ophiopogon japonicus extracts might decrease the level of fasting blood glucose.
