剖宫产妇女放置两种IUD临床效果观察

目的 :观察剖宫产妇女放置新型GyneFixIN宫内节育器 (IUD)的临床效果。方法 :采用随机对照临床研究方法 ,对 195例有剖宫产史的健康妇女于月经后或人工流产术毕即时放置GyneFixINIUD 99例 (吉妮组 )及TCu2 2 0CIUD 96例 (TCu2 2 0C组 ) ,于放器后 1、3、6、12和 2 4个月随访 ,以生命表法统计两种IUD的终止情况。结果 :吉妮组使用 2年脱落率和因症取出率分别为每百妇女 1.0 1和 2 .0 2 ,明显低于TCu2 2 0C组的每百妇女 10 .4 2和 8.33(P <0 0 1)。结论 :GyneFixINIUD无支架 ,铜表面积大并固定于子宫底 ,更适合有剖宫产史妇女放置

The Clinical Study of Two Types of IUD in women with History of Cesarean Section

Objective: To study the effect of a new type of intrauterine device-GyneFix IN IUD,that was inserted in the women with the history of cesarean section. Methods: 99 cases of GyneFix IN IUD and 96 cases of TCu220C IUD were inserted in 195 healthy women with history of previous cesarean section. Follow-up was arranged at the first, the third, the sixth, the twentieth, and the twenty-fifth months after insertion, and the discontinuation rate was calculated by life table method. Results: By he end of the second year, the expulsion and removal rate for medical reasons among the women with GyneFix IN IUD were 1.01%and 2.02%, respectively, and it is significantly lower than those of TCu220c group (10.42% and 8.33% P<0.01). Conclusions: The GyneFix IN IUD is a frameless device with larger copper surface and anchoring system, which could be more suited to the women with history of previous cesarean section.
