手法复位经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗关节部骨折的临床与实验研究

采用手法复位经皮空心螺钉内固定的方法治疗四肢关节部骨折５４例，临床观察全部病例在骨折愈合的同时，关节功能也恢复正常，无１例断钉、固定不牢和骨折延迟愈合的情况发生，优良率达１００％。对空心螺钉固定法进行了生物力学性能测试，结果显示空心螺钉的抗拉力、抗弯曲力和剪切力指数均符合人体骨骼的生物力学要求。说明该法具备科学性、先进性和实用性。

Clinical and experimental studies on percutaneous cannulated screw fixation for articular fracture/

Fifty-four cases of extremity articular fracture were treated by manual reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation. Through clinical observation,the articular function of all cases recovered to normal at the time of fracture union, no case of broken screw , unstable fixation and delayed union was found ,and the excellent-good rate reached 100%. The cannulated screw fixation was biomechanically tested and the results showed that the stretching resistance, bending and shearing strength and other indices of the screw accord with the biomechanical requirement of the human bone, indicating that this method is scientific,advanced and practical.
