| 摘 要： | 【摘要】目的：探讨糖尿病骨折病人围术期护理特点。方法：对26例糖尿病骨折患者行手术治疗，术前做好健康评估，心理护理，重点加强血糖监测，饮食控制。早期指导功能锻炼并做好出院指导。结果：26例患者中23例伤口一期愈合，3例二期愈合，随访无一例护理并发症。肢体功能恢复良好。结论：充分的术前准备，有效的血糖监测，是保证糖尿病骨折患者手术成功的关键。
