| 摘 要： | 通过对一组踝部骨折病例采用骨折复位固定器疗法治疗，经随访取得良好疗效，认为该疗法具有复位满意，固定稳妥，将踝关节在功能位固定，能早期进行功能锻炼和关节的模造，是一种治疗大块后踝的踝部不稳定骨折较为理想的方法。同时对踝关节骨折的分类方法、整复、固定及功能活动等方面进行了探讨

THE TREATMENT OF MASSIVE FRACTURE OF POSTERIOR MALLEOLUS BY REDUCING FIXING APPARATUS THERAPY FOR FRACTURE |

| Abstract: | A series of ankle fracture cases were treated by reducing fixing apparatus therapy for fracture with good followed up results. It was believed that this therapy has satisfactory reduction, reliable fixation, allowance to make early functional exercises and to remodel the joint due to the fixation in the functional position, being a rational method for treating massive unstable fracture of the posterior malleolus. The classification, manipulative reduction, fixation and functional exercises of ankle fracture are discussed in the paper as well. |
