炎琥宁治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染的效果观察

目的探讨炎琥宁对病毒性上呼吸道感染的治疗作用。方法采用基因芯片检测出急性上呼吸道感染患儿流感病毒、呼吸道合胞体病毒、腺病毒、柯萨奇病毒四种病毒共599例,随机分为炎琥宁治疗组和利巴韦林治疗组。炎琥宁组:炎琥宁5~10mg/kg.d-1加入5%葡萄糖液100~250ml静脉点滴,每天1次,疗程3~5天,利巴韦林组:利巴维林针10~15mg/kg.d-1分2次加入5%葡萄糖液100~250ml静脉点滴,疗程3~5天,观察两组疗效。结果炎琥宁组在退热、流涕鼻塞、咽充血及咳嗽消失时间均较利巴韦林组显著缩短(P均<0.01);治疗总有效率也明显提高(P<0.01)。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染疗效明显优于利巴韦林,应作为治疗小儿ARI的推荐首选药物。

Clinical observation on treatment viral upper respiratory infection with YanHuNing

Objective To outline therapeutic results of YanHuNing in treatment viral upper respiratory infection.Methods Influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus and coxsackie virus from children with acute upper respiratory infection were detected by gene chip.599 patients were randomly divided into YanHuNing treatment group and ribavirin treatment group.The dose of YanHuNing 5～10 mg/kg·d~(-1),once daily,and ribavirin 10～15 mg/kg·d~(-1)(divided into two times) was used by intravenous drip,for 3～5 days.Results In comparison to ribavirin treatment group,patients in YanHuNing treatment group needed shorter time for symptom free,such as pyretolysis,extinction of cough,runny nose and nasal obstruction,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01);and had higher effective rate,there was statistical significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of YanHuNng on acute viral upper respiratory infection was better than ribavirin,which suggested that YanHuNing would be the chief medicine treatment for acute upper respiratory infection in children.
