北京市社区居民生活事件与抑郁状态的相关性研究

目的调查研究北京市社区居民生活事件与抑郁状态的相关性。方法采用生活事件量表（LEs），流调中心用抑郁量表（CES—D）对北京市15个社区常住居民进行调查，对生活事件与抑郁状态进行相关性分析。结果生活事件总平均分（4．38±6．08）分，CES—D量表平均分（8．76±9．43）分，被调查北京市社区居民中，18．47％处于不同程度的抑郁状态。抑郁和非抑郁状态社区居民LES得分差异有显著性（P〈0．001），CES—D总分与生活事件评分正相关（r=0．534，P〈0．001）。结论可使用LES和CES—D对居民抑郁状态进行筛查、评估，根据量表情况有针对性地加强抑郁高危人群的早期识别和干预。

The correlation study between depressive state and life events of community residents in Beijing

Objective To study the correlation between life event scale （LES） and center for epidenfio- logic studies depression scale （CES-D） of community residents in Beijing. Methods LES and CES-D were meas- ured in 15 communities in Beijing and the score of CES-D and LES were analyzed by correlation analysis. Results The average score of LES was 4.38±6.08, and the average score of CES-D was（8.76±9.43）. 18.47% of investigated community residents in Beijing were in depressive state to some extent. The score of LES had significant difference between depressive and non-depressive state （P〈0.001）. There was a positive correlation between the CES-D and LES scores （ r=0.534, P〈0.001）. Conclusion LES and CES-D can be used urgently to screen and evaluate the depressive state so that to enhance the early identification and intervention of depression.
