摘    要:目的:分析青海省妇女宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及亚型分布。方法:采用医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对青海省26 622名临床就诊妇女宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV基因分型检测。结果:26 622名妇女共检出HPV阳性4 451名,感染率为16.72%;21种HPV亚型均被检出,其中排名前5位的亚型为HPV16、58、52、53、18。高危型HPV感染率为14.78%(3 935/26 622),其中单一高危型、单一低危型和复合感染率分别为13.56%(3 611/26 622)、1.22%(324/26 622)、1.94%(516/26 622)。感染者年龄存在两个高峰,第一个高峰在<25岁组,第二个高峰在≥55岁组。结论:青海省妇女宫颈以高危型HPV感染为主,最常见亚型是HPV16,其次为HPV的58、52、53、18型,低危和复合感染率低,低危型主要是HPVcp8304。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the status of human papillomavirus (HP) infection and distribution of HPV subtypes in women living in Qinghai. Methods : Twenty - one subtypes of HPV from cervix swabs of 26 622 women were detected with the flow - through hybridization and gene chip technology. Results : The positive rate of HPV among the 26 622 women was 16. 72%. All 21 genotypes were detected. HPV16, 58, 52, 53 and 18 were the most prevalent high - risk types. The positive rate of high - risk types was 14.78%. The infection rate of single high - risk genotype was 13.56%, that of the single low - risk genotype was 1.22%, and that of the multiple infection was 1.94%. There were significant differences in HPV infection among different age groups (P 〈 0.05), the highest rates were in women with less than 25 years of age and not less than 55 years of age. Conclusion ; Among women in Qinghai, the primary infection type is high - risk genotype, in which the top five are subtypes of HPV 16, 58, 52, 53 and 18. There is a low infection rate in the single low - risk-genotype and the multiple infection. HPVcp8304 is the common subtype.
