2型糖尿病患者凝血指标变化及其临床意义

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者凝血指标变化及其临床意义.方法 选择2012年1月-2013年4月来我院健康体检的2型糖尿病患者83例（其中33例有微血管病变）作为糖尿病组,选择同期80例体检健康者作为对照组,采用全自动血凝仪测定受检者血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）和纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平.结果 糖尿病组患者血浆PT、APTT、TT均低于对照组,FIB高于对照组（P＜0.05）;有微血管病变患者血浆PT、APTT、TT均低于无微血管病变患者,FIB高于无微血管病变患者（P＜0.05）.结论 2型糖尿病患者体内存在高凝倾向,检测凝血指标能够反映疾病病情及血管病变情况,为该疾病的诊治及预后评估提供参考.

Changes of Blood Coagulation Index in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the changes of blood coagulation index in patients with type 2 diabetes and its clinical significance. Methods 83 patients with type 2 diabetes （ including 33 cases with microvascular disease） admitted to our hospital for health examination were chosen as diabetic group from January 2012 to April 2013, 80 cases of healthy subjects were cho- sen as control group at the same time. The plasma prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTr）, thrombin time （Tr） and fibrinogen （FIB） level in the both groups were determined by automatic coagulation analyzer. Results The plasm PT, APTr, ＇IT in diabetic group were lower than those of control group, FIB was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; The plasm PT, APTr, TI＂ in patients with microvascular disease were lower than those in patients without micro- vascular disease, FIB was higher than that in patients without microvascular disease （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients tend to high condensation, detecting blood clotting index cat reflect the disease condition and vascular lesions, provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
