重症哮喘患者急救中的护理探讨

目的：探讨重症哮喘急性发作时急救的护理经验。方法：对我院急诊收治的40例重症哮喘急性发作患者进行急救时，给予吸氧或机械通气等治疗，并严密监护心率、呼吸、血压、心电、经皮血氧饱和度和血气分析，加强基础护理及呼吸机管理等。结果：40例患者均救治成功并治愈出院，其中28例患者症状明显缓解，10例患者使用无创通气，2例行气管插管并机械通气。结论：合理护理干预可有效缓解重症哮喘患者的临床症状，提高其临床治愈率，确保医疗安全，具有非常重要的临床意义。

Study on Care of Acute Severe Asthma

Objective:To study the approach of caring patients with acute severe asthma.Methods:A retrospective analysis which embodies that there were 40 cases about diagnosis of severe asthma. These patients were gived the oxygen or the treatment such as mechanical ventilation, closely monitoring the heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, ecg, strengthening basic nursing and ventilator management etc. Results:Among these 40 cases,there were 28 cases symptoms better,10 cases using noninvasive ventilation, 2 cases underwent tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. Conclusion:To make a correct rescue schedule timely and develop a comprehensive nursing and observation system is an efective manner to cure the complicated severe asthma.
