| 摘 要： | 目的探讨染料法腋窝反向淋巴作图（ARM）在乳腺癌改良根治手术中的应用。方法采用病例对照研究方法,选取行改良根治手术＋ARM成功的45例患者（观察组）与同期45例只行改良根治术患者（对照组）,比较两组患者术后腋窝引流量、腋窝引流管留置天数及术后患者上肢水肿发生率。结果观察组患者与对照组比较,术后腋窝引流量明显减少（P〈0.05）,腋窝引流管留置时间明显缩短[（11.8±4.2）d和（8.9±2.7）d,P〈0.05）],术后患者上肢水肿发生率明显减少（17.8%和33.3%）。结论 ARM技术可减少术后上肢水肿发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the dye method axillary reverse mapping（ ARM） in modified radical surgery. Methods With Case-control study,we compare the analysis of 45 cases of modified radical surgery ＋ ARM successful in patients with the same period only 45 cases underwent modified radical mastectomy in the axillary drainage,axillary drainage tube indwelling of the number of days,and the upper limb edema. Results Modified radical surgery ＋ ARM group axillary drainage fluid decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,the extubation time was significantly shorter[（ 11. 8 ±4. 2） d vs（ 8. 9 ± 2. 7） d,P〈0. 05） ], The incidence of upper limb edema was significantly reduced（ 17. 8% vs 33. 3%）. Conclusions ARM technology can reduce the incidence of postoperative upper limb edema. |
