神衰果素亲水凝胶缓释骨架片的制备及释药机理的研究

摘    要:目的制备神衰果素亲水凝胶缓释骨架片.方法以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)作为缓释材料,采用粉末直接压片工艺制备神衰果素亲水凝胶缓释骨架片,考察HPMC的用量、规格、不同的释药条件对释药速率的影响,并对释药机制作了初探.结果神衰果素亲水凝胶缓释骨架片的体外释药为非Fick扩散,HPMC的用量对药物的释放有较大影响,而HPMC的规格,释放介质的pH值对药物释放影响不大.结论以HPMC作为缓释材料,采用粉末直接压片法制备神衰果素亲水凝胶缓释骨架片,工艺简单,体外缓释效果好.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To prepare the helicid hydrophile matrix tablet. METHODS The hclicid hydrophile matrix tablets were prepared using HPMC as the matrix material. Power compression technique was used. The effect of the viscosity and the amount of HPMC, the pH of dissolving solution and the dissolve equipment on the release of hclicid from SST were observed. The release mechanism of helicid from SST was also studied. RESULTS The amount of HPMC and the dissolve equipment had significant effects on the release of SST. The viscosity HPMC and the pH of dissolving solution had no significant effects on the release of SST. The release mechanism of Helicid from SST was non Kick diffusion. CNCLUSIONS The helicid hydrophile matrix tablets were prepared by using power compression technique and HPMC was used as the matrix material.
