穴位埋线配合中频电疗治疗慢传输型便秘的临床研究

目的探讨穴位埋线配合中频电疗治疗慢传输型便秘的疗效及机理。方法将62例慢传输型便秘的患者随机分为穴位埋线配合中频电疗观察组34例,口服麻仁软胶囊对照组28例,观察临床症状及腰骶椎检查阳性体征的变化及临床疗效对比。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,临床症状积分改变及腰骶椎阳性体征的变化有非常显著意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合中频电疗治疗慢传输型便秘是一种疗效显著、操作简便、容易接受的治疗手段,值得推广应用。

A Clinical Research on Acupunctur Point Embedding Therapy Combined with Intermediate Frequency Electrotherapy in Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation

Objective To explore the efficacy and mechanism of acupunctur point embedding therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy in treatment of slow transit constipation.Methods 62 cases of patients with slow transit constipation were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases treated with acupunctur point embedding therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy) and control group(28 cases treated with oral seed soft capsules) to observe the clinical symptoms and changes of lumbar sacral vertebral-positive signs,and to compare the clinical efficacy.Results Effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group with significant difference(P <0.05) of changes of clinical symptom scores and lumbar sacral vertebral-positive signs.Conclusion Acupunctur point embedding therapy combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy in treatment of slow transit constipation is a treatment method of significant curative effect,simple operation,easy to accept for patients,which deserves clinical application.
