小儿支原体肺炎125例临床分析

目的：探讨小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点、早期诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析125例小儿支原体肺炎的临床资料。结果：胸部X线右肺受累多见，71．8％为单侧病变，78例呈不整齐云雾状浸润影。96％肺炎支原体特异性IgM抗体阳性。69．1％年长患儿发病早期C反应蛋白（CRP）明显升高，随病情好转而降低。阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎疗效好。结论：检测血IgM同时早期测血CRP可作为支原体肺炎的早期病情诊断和疗效判定的参考指标。

Mycoplasma pneumonia in children: clinical analysis of 125 cases

Objective：To study the clinical features,early diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods：The comparative analysis of 125 cases of myeoplasma pneumonia in children was performed for the clinical data. Results： Chest X- ray found the right lung was more likely to be involved,71.8 percent for the unilateral lesions,78 cases were irregular nebulous infiltration.96% of Mycoplasma pneumoniae-specific IgM was positive.In 69.1% of older children with early onset, C-reactive protein （CRP） was significantly increased,and reduced with the illnesscondition turning for the better. Azithromycin is effective against Mycoplasma pneumonia.Conclusion：Early detecting IgM and CRP can be used as the reference indexes for the early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia and judging the treatment efficacy.
