| 摘 要： | 对９９例急性脑血管患者（分为脑梗塞组、脑出血组）测定β２微球蛋白（β２－ＭＧ），并与３０例健康人进行比较，结果显示急性脑血管病各组患者β２－ＭＧ均有明显增高，与对照组相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示免疫因素在脑血管病发生发展中部分环节的作用。

| Abstract: | Ninty-nine patients with acute cecrbravascular disease (ACVD) and health subjects as a control group were examined with β-microglobulin in sera. The results showed there were significiant difference between ACVD and control group. It demonstrated that immun factors might play a role in occuring and developing of ACVD. |
