| 摘 要： | 目的：确保洁阴液的质量及临床疗效的稳定。方法：对洁阴液中的主药大黄、苦参进行薄层定性鉴别，并对其相对密度和pH值范围作了相应的规定。结果：应用薄层色谱法对本品中大黄、苦参的定性鉴别，方法简便、图象清晰、斑点圆整、重现性好。结论：为洁阴液洗剂的一性鉴别提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine quality, therapeutic effect and stability of Jieyin liquid.Methods:Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Sophora flavescentis. as main ingredients of Jieyin liquid were detected qualitatively by thin-layer chromatography.The relative density and range of pH value were defined.Results:Qualitative analysis of Jieyin liquid by thin-layer chromatography was a simple method which presented clear image,complete spots and good repeatability.Conclusion:Laboratory evidences have been provided for qualitative differentiation of Jieyin liquid. |
