| 摘 要： | 目的探讨参附注射液对透析相关性低血压患者低血压的治疗作用。方法选择30例维持性血液透析反复发生IDH的患者，给予0．9％o生理盐水100ml加参附注射液20m1静滴，观察患者临床症状的变化，监测透析中血压变化。结果治疗后显效率63．3％，有效率26．7％，无效率10％，总有效率为90％；治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义。结论参附注射液能有效治疗透析相关性低血压。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of Shenfu injection on blood pressure of patients with intradialytic hypotension（IDH）. Method Shenfu injection（20ml） and 0. 9% sodium chloride（100ml） were administered in 30 IDH patients 1-2h after hemodialysis. Clinical symptoms and blood pressure were observed. Result Shenfu injection treatment showed significant effect in 19 cases （63. 3%）,effect in 8 cases （26. 7%）, and no effect in 3 cases（10%）. The lowest intrahemodialysis blood pressure and post-hemodialysis blood pressure after Shenfu injection treatment were significantly higher than before treatment（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Shenfu injection can effectively treat IDH. |
