临床护理路径在肺癌氩氦刀治疗患者中的应用

目的 探讨临床护理路径在肺癌患者行氩氦刀治疗中的应用效果.方法 选择100例肺癌行氩氦刀治疗的患者,随机分成实验组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,实验组采用临床护理路径,比较两组住院时间、住院总费用、术后并发症发生率和患者满意度.结果 实验组住院时间、住院费用和术后并发发生率分别为（4.6±0.9）d、（19 450.3±182.4）元、4％明显低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P＜ 0.05.结论 在肺癌氩氦刀治疗中实施临床护理路径,可以规范护士的工作行为,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度.

Application of clinical nursing path on lung cancer patients with Argon-Helium Cryotherapy

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing path on lung cancer patients with Argon-Helium Cryotherapy.Methods 100 lung cancer patients with Argon-Helium Cryotherapy were randomly divided into experiment group of 50 and the control group of 80.The experiment group was given clinical nursing path while the control group received the conventional nursing only.Length of hospital stay,hospital expenses,postoperative complication incidence and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Length of hospital stay,the hospital expenses and postoperative complication incidence in the experiment group reflected as （4.6±0.9） days,（19450.3± 182.4） RMB,4％,respectively,which were significantly less than the control group.The experiment group＇ s satisfaction level to medication reflected significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference carried a statistical significance,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion Clinical nursing path on lung cancer patients with Argon-Helium Cryotherapy could reduce hospitalized time and medicalexpenditure,and reduce postoperative complication incidence,furthermore,it improves service satisfaction.
