浙江省中职生与大学生艾滋病认知差异与伦理教育研究

摘    要:目的:研究中职生与大学生对艾滋病的认知差异,为制定健康教育重点提供参考依据;方法:针对艾滋病的传播途径内容进行调查,采用SPSS10.0统计软件检验比较本科生、高职生和中职生的差异;结果:中职生认知正确率平均为61.3%,低于本科生(75%)及高职生(80.9%),P〈0.01。对游泳、礼节性的握手、共同进餐是否会传染、安全套是否可以预防艾滋病认知正确率均很低,中职生明显低于本科生和高职生(P〈0.01),时艾滋病感染者或病人的歧视仍较重.存在伦理问题;结论:艾滋病健康教育重点应该下移到中等专业学校,传播途径知识是健康教育重点内容,应特别注意性心理和性道德伦理教育。通过健康教育,消除伦理学差异.激发防治艾滋病的社会道德感和责任感,逐渐改变他们对待艾滋病患者的态度。

Abstract:objective:To study the cognition difference of AIDS between secondary vocational students andcollege students,providing evidences for health education.Methods:Asurvey on the knowledge of the transmissionroutes of AIDS was conducted among students at universities,higher vocational colleges,and secondary vocationalschools,whose cognition difference was analyzed with statistic software SPSS10.0.Results: The average cognitionaccuracy in secondary vocational students is lower than that of university students and that of higher vocationalcollege students(p <0.01).The cognition accuracy in secondary vocational students is lower than that of the otherstudents on whether AIDS is transmitted by swimming together,handshaking and dinning together,and on whetherthe transmission is prevented by condoms(p <0.01).Discrimination against person with HIV/AIDS universallyexists,which is ethically improper.Conclusion:Health education on AIDS should be reinforced among secondaryvocational students,with the ways of transmission the focus and sexual psychology and sexual ethics emphasized.Through the health education,ethical improperness can be eliminated and stronger sense of morality andresponsibility can be aroused,thus the attitude of society toward AIDS patients can be changed gradually.
