华佗再造丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的观察华佗再造丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法冠心病心绞痛患者582例,随机分为2组.治疗组388例予华佗再造丸治疗,对照组194例予地奥心血康治疗.2组均治疗30日为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效.结果治疗组、对照组临床心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为88.81%、64.95%,心电图疗效总有效率分别为78.35%、52.57%,2组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度明显降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率及血小板粘附率亦有明显降低（P〈0.05）,血小板聚集率与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后血清胆固醇（TC）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）明显降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,对照组LCL-C则有所升高（P〈0.05）.结论华佗再造丸对冠心病心绞痛在改善心绞痛症状、缺血性心电图和血液流变学方面有较好疗效,同时还可降低TC及LDL-C,降低动脉硬化指数.

Clinical research of Huatuozaizao pill on angina pectoris of conorary heart disease

Objective Clinical observation of Huatuozaizao pill on angina pectoris of conorary heart disease. Methods 582 patients with angina pectoris of conorary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group (n=388) and control group (n=194). Patients in the treatment group were administrated Huatuozaizao pill and patients in the control group were given Diaoxinxuekang. 30 days was a treatment period and the therapeutic effect was observed after two periods in both groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical symptom of angina pectoris in the treatment group and the control group were 88.81% and 64.95% respectively(P<0.01) and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram were 78.35% and 52.57% respectively(P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, complete blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, thrombocyte aggregation rate and thrombocyte adhesion rate were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Serum total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly reduced (P<0.01, P<0.05) and LDL-C in the control group was significantly elevated (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference of thromobocyte aggreagation rate in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huatuozaizao pill has a better effect on improving angina pectoris symptom, ischemic electrocardiogram and hemodynamics. It also can decrease TC and LDL-C and arteriosclerosis index.
