急性脑血管病偏瘫患者骨密度的变化及意义

目的 :探讨急性脑血管病偏瘫患者骨密度的变化及意义。方法 :采用BMD 40 0型骨密度仪对急性脑血管病偏瘫患者进行骨密度检测。结果 :急性脑血管病患者 ,偏瘫侧肢体的骨密度明显下降 ,而且与瘫痪程度有明显关系 ,瘫痪越重 ,骨密度下降越明显。结论 :如何早期采用药物、体疗等综合措施防止骨质病变的发生和发展 ,进一步改善近期及远期预后 ,值得临床关注

Changes of the Bone Density of the Hemiparalysis Patients with Acute Cerebrovascvlar Disease and its Significance

Objective:To investigate the changes of the b one density of the hemiparalysis patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and its significance.Methods: BMD-400 type bone density instrument was used to exame the bone density of the hemiparalysis patients caused by acute cerebrovascular disease.Res ults: The bone density had an obvious denscent in the paralytic limbs of the patients with acute cer ebrovascular disease and it was related to paralysing degree obviously,more hea vy was the para lysis ,more obvious was the descent of bone density.Concl u sion :It is worthy of note to adopt the medicine,athletic therapy and so o n in the earlier p eriod to prevent the bone substance pathological changes and to improve short-te rm and long-term prognosis.
