长爪沙鼠生物净化技术的研究

摘    要:目的:为实现长爪沙鼠微生物质量升级和实验动物化目标,我们对长爪沙鼠实施生物净化。方法:在长爪沙鼠生物净化过程中,采取孕鼠选择和临产期判断、无菌剖腹产、仔鼠代乳以及独立通风笼盒(IVC)饲养管理和微生物检测等措施,比较了ICR小鼠、SD大鼠、长爪沙鼠代乳和饲料中添加营养成分对仔鼠代乳的影响。结果:本研究共实施长爪沙鼠无菌剖腹产达85胎次,通过ICR代乳鼠代乳并成功断乳167只。讨论:根据微生物检测结果,本研究顺利实现了长爪沙鼠生物净化,形成的关键技术有望为我国特色实验动物资源的生物净化提供参考。

Study on Key Technologies of Biological Cleaning of Mongolian gerbil
Abstract:Objective: To obtain biological cleaning from Mongolian colony in Zhejiang province. Methods: In the present study, we conducted biological cleaning of Mongolian gerbil by the selection of pregnant gerbil, perinatal judgment, caesarean section surgery, milk replacer and IVC management during biological cleaning as well as microbial detection. And we also compared milk replacer for sucking gerbils from ICR lactating mice, rat as well as gerbil. Results: During the present study, 85 Caesarean operation were carried out and a total of 167 gerbils were weaned. Discussion: This study achieved the biological cleaning from a Mongolian colony in Zhejiang province and key techniques was also discussed here for the purpose of providing reference for biological cleaning of special laboratory animal species in China.
