医院动物实验管理体系建立的研究

实验动物的最大的价值体现在于动物实验,动物实验的最高境界在于与临床相结合。动物实验管理体系的建立能够将实验动物与临床有机的结合在一起,为实验动物管理工作增加一个坚实的支点,从而极大地推动生命科学的发展。因此,建立一个良好的动物实验平台,必须配套建立一套完善的动物实验管理体系,方能使之良好运营。本研究的意义在于完善医研院所动物实验管理之中的相关环节,能够为国内实验动物中心/动物室等同类运行平台提供切实有益的参考,与此同时能够拓展学科的外延,为学科的进一步发展提供实践基础。

Study on establishment of animal experimental management system in hospital

The important value of laboratory animals is animal experiments; the highest stature of animal experiments is combined with clinical medicine. It is important that we combine animal experiments with clinical medicine though establishment of experimental animals to increase a solid fulcrum for the management of laboratory animals. Also it could greatly promote the development of life science. Therefore, we must provide a complete of animal experiments management system for the good animal experiments' platform. The significance of this study is to improve the related sessions of animal experiment management in medical research center, provide the reference standard of domestic laboratory animal center/room and expand disciplines. The purpose of this study is to provide the practical foundation for the development of disciplines.
