摘    要:目的 研究竹节参不同提取部位预处理对冠脉结扎诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用.方法 将50只实验大鼠按完全随机设计分组法分为假手术组、模型组和竹节参不同提取部位组;竹节参不同提取部位组大鼠分别灌胃给予竹节参不同提取部位(乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水提部位),给药7 d后制作大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,术后12 h记录大鼠心...
