| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨用生物材料进行心包修复重建的可行性及疗效.方法 对6只中国杂种犬进行右侧开胸,切除直径为8 cm类圆形心包,用生物材料人工心包进行修复重建.术后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、2年分别进行心脏彩超检查,观察有无粘连、积液、破损及增厚钙化.术后1年及2年各解剖2只动物,分别进行大体检查,观察人工心包的内外表...
