| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HLA-DRB1、-DQA1和-DQB1等位基因多态性与中国藏族人群肺结核易感性之间的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应/序列特异性引物(PCR/SSP)技术对176例中国西藏地区藏族肺结核患者和189例该地区藏族健康人群的HLA-DRB1、-DQA1和-DQB1等位基因多态性进行分析。结果 HLA-DRB1*0901、-DQA1*0101和-DQB1*0301在肺结核组的等位基因频率明显高于健康对照组,2组相比差异具有统计学意义(17.33%vs 7.94%,χ2=17.185,P=0.000,OR=2.811;25.85%vs 13.76%,χ2=22.382,P=0.000,OR=2.821;35.51%vs 19.58%,χ2=37.329,P=0.000,OR=3.809)。HLA-DRB1*1301/1302、-DQA1*0501在肺结核组的等位基因频率明显低于健康对照组,2组相比差异具有统计学意义(0.85%vs 6.08%,χ2=15.085,P=0.000,OR=0.125;14.49%vs 26.72%,χ2=22.44,P=0.000,OR=0.355)。结论 HLA-DRB1*0901、-DQA1*0101和-DQB1*0301与肺结核的易感性密切相关,可能是肺结核的易感基因。HLA-DQA1*0301与肺结核的保护性密切相关,可能为肺结核的保护基因。 |
