早期肠内营养治疗急性重症胰腺炎23例护理体会

目的:探讨急性重症胰腺炎行早期肠内营养的效果及护理。方法:将44例患者根据个人意愿分为两组,观察组23例与对照组21例,观察组入院后3～5d开始给予肠内营养(EN),定时冲洗管腔,保持通畅,观察不良反应;对照组给予静脉营养(PN)至进食,其中8例次半月行肠内营养。比较两组住院时间、并发症及住院费用的区别。结果:观察组并发症及住院费用低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组住院时间无显著性差异。结论:重症胰腺炎早期行肠内营养可降低并发症,减少住院费用。给予合理营养配方,掌握输注方法,密切观察肠内营养反应,作好管道护理及心理护理是早期肠内营养顺利完成的重要条件。

Experience in nursing care of 23 cases in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis by early enteral nutrition

Objective:To explore the effective outcome of early enteral nutrition in treating acute severe pancreatitis Methods:Forty four patients were divided into observation group(n=23) and control group(n=21) according to willingness of individuals.Enteral nutrition was given to those patients who were admitted to hospital for 3 to 5 days.Tubes was cleaned in time in order to ensure the free flowingness of fluid,and then side-effects was observed;Parenteral nutrition was taken till patients could take food in the control group.Eight patients were given enteral nutrition when they were admitted for half a month.The comparison was made in hospitalized days,complication and expenses for treatment.Results:Complication and expenses for treatment were less in the observation group than that in the control group and significant difference was found(P<0.05),but there was no difference in hospitalized days.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can reduce complication,expenses in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis.
