| 摘 要： | 目的：研究无痴呆脑梗死患者病灶部位与认知损伤特点的相关性。方法：选择无痴呆的脑梗死患者89例为梗死组，55例健康老年人为对照组，均进行基本认知功能测定，分析比较。结果：梗死组平均认知总分低于对照组（P〈0．05）；多发性脑梗死患者的智能损伤特点依序为数字工作记忆〉知觉速度〉记忆〉思维效率〉空间能力；基底核梗死患者智能损伤排序为数字工作记忆〉知觉速度〉旋转量〉记忆量〉心算速率。结论：无痴呆的脑梗死患者认知能力已有明显损伤，尤其是多发性脑梗死和基底核梗死患者的工作记忆、知觉速度受损更为明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relation of lesion sites and cognitive function impairment in cerebral infarction patients without dementia. Methods: Eighty-nine cerebral infarction patients without dementia (observation group) and 55 healthy elderlies (control group) were recruited for this study.
