| Abstract: | The balance scorecard is a conceptual framework which helps organizations to clarify and realize their missions and strategies. Four elements are essentially emphasized in this performance management method: financials, customer perspec-tive, internal-business processes, learning and growth. It is very significant to implement the balance scorecard in the reform of public hospitals. |
