摘    要:文章通过对平衡记分卡方法的阐述,及对公立医院改革的思考,提出平衡记分卡运用到公立医院改革中具有现实指导性意义。

Abstract:The balance scorecard is a conceptual framework which helps organizations to clarify and realize their missions and strategies. Four elements are essentially emphasized in this performance management method: financials, customer perspec-tive, internal-business processes, learning and growth. It is very significant to implement the balance scorecard in the reform of public hospitals.
