松龄血脉康联合黛力新治疗脑梗死后抑郁的临床观察

目的观察松龄血脉康胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑梗死后抑郁病人的临床疗效。方法选取66例脑梗死后抑郁的病人,随机分为对照组（30例）和治疗组（36例）。两组病人均给予脑梗死常规治疗,对照组服用黛力新片剂,治疗组同时服用黛力新片剂及松龄血脉康胶囊。两组疗程均为30d。分别于治疗前、治疗后测定病人的汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）、Barthel指数（BI）,以HAMD量表对病人的抑郁程度及改善状况进行疗效评定。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗30d后HAMA评分、NIHSS评分明显降低（P〈0.05）,BI明显提高（P〈0.05）,不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论松龄血脉康胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑梗死后抑郁,临床疗效较单用黛力新更为显著。

Clinical Observation on Songling Xuemaikang Capsules and Deanxit in the Treatment of Depression after Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the curative effects of Songling Xuemaikang capsules（SXC）and deanxit in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-six patients with depression after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=30）treated by deanxit and treatment group（n=36）treated by SXC on the basis of routine treatment.Before treatment and after treatment of one month,the two groups were assigned with Hamilton rating seale for depression（HAMD）,National Institutes of Health Scoring Scales（NIHSS）and Barthel Index scale（BI）scores,and then compared the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the HAMD score and NIHSS score of treatment group was significantly lowered（P〈0.05）,BI score was significantly improved（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant differences between the side effects（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Addition of Songling xuemaikang capsules to Deanxit showed better efficacy than Deanxit alone for depression after cerebral infarction.
