诊断性腹腔镜在老年急腹症患者中的应用

目的：探讨诊断性腹腔镜检查在老年急腹症中的应用。方法：对1997年2月．2005年1月47例老年急腹症腹腔镜检查进行回厮陛分析。结果：47例腹腔镜检查者44例明确诊断（44／47，93．6％），2例因病人不能耐受手术而失败转内科治疗而治愈，1例术中因急性心肌梗死意外死亡；镜下完成手术40例（40／44，90．9％）；中转开腹4例（4／44，9．1％）；腹腔镜探查时间10—15min；腹腔镜治疗时间45～155min，平均102min；术后住院5-10d．平均8．3d。结论：应用诊断性腹腔镜诊断及治疗老年急腹症患者是一种安全有效的方法。

Diagnostic Laparoscopic Examination and Treatment of Acute Abdominal Pain in Elderly

Objective:To investigate the method of examination and treatment of acute abdominal pain in elderly. Methods We have adopted analyses in reviews about 47 cases acute abdominal pain in elderly who had been treated from February in 1997 to January in 2004. Results A positive diagnosis has been made in 44 cases (40/44, 90.9%), 2 cases can't tolerant operation, and 1 case has died in myocardial infarct; 40 cases (40/44, 90.9%)have been treated by Iaparoscopic; 4 cases (4/44,9.1%)have been transferred in open operation in the process of operation; The exploration time of using laparoscopic is ten to fifteen minutes; The treatment time of using laparoscopic is forty-five to one hundred and fifty-five minutes, average one hundred and two minutes; The inpatient time is five to ten days, average eight point three days. Conclnsions: The laparoscopic exploration and treatment is a safely and effectively mothod in acute abdominal pain in elderly.
