北京市宣武区中小学口腔健康教育效果评价

目的为提高学生的口腔健康知识水平,改善学生的口腔健康状况。方法选择两所中学初一学生共826人,3所小学三年级学生共972人作为研究对象,采取专项健康教育培训及开展各种相关健康教育活动作为干预措施。采用问卷调查及口腔健康检查的方法,进行干预前后学生口腔卫生知识行为及口腔卫生状况的调查与分析。结果经过两年健康教育,学生口腔知识及行为较健康教育前有了明显提高;学生患龋率、龋均与干预前无明显差异。牙周健康状况显著好于干预前。结论在中小学生中开展口腔健康教育,对学生口腔健康知识、态度、行为改善有积极的作用。

Effect evaluation of oral health education in primary and middle schools in Xuanwu District of Beijing

Objective To improve the students' oral health knowledge and oral health status.Methods Health education of oral,including specific training of health education and other various activities,was implemented among 826 students at grade 1 from 2 middle schools and 972 students at grade 3 from 3 primary schools.Questionnaire survey and oral examination were conducted to evaluate students' oral health related knowledge and behavior and oral health status before and after intervention.Results After 2-year intervention,students' oral health related knowledge and behavior had improved,there was no significant change in caries prevalence rate or XDMFT of these students,the periodontal health status of them was significantly better than before.Conclusion Oral health education in primary and middle schools played a positive role in improving students' oral health related knowledge,attitude and behavior.
